About the role

Responsibilities

  • o Other talent solutions to assure we have the talent we need for the future and in support of our strategy.
  • Consult and partner with Talent Consultants and People Business Partners to inform, shape, and deliver talent solutions that ensures future talent needs are being met
  • Inform and shape the overall design and development of talent strategies for building deep and strong pipelines of current and future leaders in the businesses at Mastercard.
  • Provide thought leadership around the design, launch and delivery of such talent management solutions, such as:
  • Broad-based HR background - ideally having spent time in a HRBP role and/or Talent Management Partner role
  • Great teammate - you are an available partner with the business to connect, collaborate, and shape work to assure the company has the talent it needs to succeed in the future.
  • Superb Consultation - provide thought leadership and lead key stakeholders through the process of re-imagining assigned talent solutions and approaches to meet business needs.
  • Have influence - demonstrate the ability to deliver results through other people through strong influencing, networking, and collaboration skills.

Requirements

  • Ability to get things done through other people and have strong influencing, networking and collaboration skills

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, or Human Resources preferred, with 10+ years of talent management.
