Responsibilities

  • Manage donor data in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy across records, gift entry, acknowledgements, and reporting
  • Maintain systems, workflows, and documentation that support efficient development operations
  • Support reporting and data tracking to inform fundraising strategy and decision-making
  • Track campaign progress and support ongoing improvements
  • Support donor management processes, including tracking proposals, pledges, renewals, and follow-ups
  • Partner with team members to ensure donors receive timely, thoughtful communication
  • Project & Team Support
  • Support development projects and team priorities through strong coordination and follow-through
  • Provide administrative support that enables the broader team to operate effectively
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on details

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

Compensation

  • The full compensation range for this role is $70,100-$82,500.
  • Typically, new hires who fully meet all qualifications listed in the job description will start at $74,300.
  • Starting compensation below this reflects candidates with less experience or qualifications.
  • Compensation determinations consider relevant professional experience and tenure with Uncommon Schools.
  • Additionally, because we value internal growth and tenure, current staff members are not subject to salary caps within this range.
