Responsibilities
- Support Galaxy's highest-priority tier-1 accounts, working alongside senior leadership and business heads on live institutional engagements.
- Own the development of client-facing materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, meeting briefs, and bespoke proposals.
- Drive post-meeting execution, including note capture, follow-ups, and internal coordination to maintain deal momentum.
- Build fluency across Galaxy's digital asset offerings, including structured products, tokenization, custody and wallet infrastructure, and asset management.
- Strong experience building excellent client-ready materials in fast-paced, high-performance environments
- Build Dream Teams.
Requirements
- You operate with a high degree of ownership, execute independently under pressure, and deliver outputs that move deals forward.
- You are hungry, bring relentless work ethic, and hold a high bar for excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, consulting, or similar roles
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute with operational precision

Compensation
- $150,000 - $175,000 USD
