- SUMMARY - Ultrasonic Testing Operator UT operator uses part specific work instructions to calibrate UT equipment and measure casting wall thickness.
- Data point templates are used to mark data locations on the castings, and the data is reviewed by the UT operator for accept or reject of the castings wall thickness.
- Rejected parts are cleaned and moved to MRB pending.
