  • This role is on-site and serves as a strategic advisor to leaders and a trusted resource for employees in a highly unionized manufacturing environment.
  • This position requires significant, hands-on experience supporting unionized manufacturing workforces.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with site and regional leaders to implement HR strategies aligned to business objectives and operational priorities.
  • Support workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning to meet current and future talent needs.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment strategies and effective onboarding aligned with business and diversity goals.
  • Lead or support initiatives that improve employee engagement, retention, inclusion, and workplace culture.
  • Prior experience serving as an HR Business Partner supporting multiple unionized manufacturing sites.
  • Experience using HR analytics, employee survey data, and workforce metrics to drive measurable improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of direct HR experience supporting a unionized manufacturing workforce is required.
  • Ability to advise leaders using clearly documented policies, data insights, employment law principles, and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Authorization to work in the United States with the ability to travel regionally up to 10-20%.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • To conduct business with H.B. Fuller, a written service agreement must be executed by Human Resources prior to submitting any information relating to a potential candidate.

Compensation

  • The salary for this role is $115,000-$130,000.
