About the role
- You will promote projects that improve planning effectiveness, inventory performance, service levels, and operational execution while creating scalable, sustainable processes across regions and departments.
- You will provide strategic leadership for enterprise supply chain readiness by identifying risks related to demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and execution.
- You will report to the Director Global Supply Planning - Standard Product and have a hybrid schedule working in Milwaukee, WI.
Responsibilities
- Interpret supply chain performance metrics and develop relevant business recommendations.
- Presenting recommendations, risks, and business insights to senior leadership and important partners.
- Knowledge of end-to-end Plan | Source | Make | Deliver processes.
Requirements
- Proficiency with ERP, APS, MRP, and supply chain planning systems, as well as advanced Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience.
- The ability to travel 10% of the time.

- Experience driving standard work, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement projects.
- Experience of ERP, APS, planning, analytics, and reporting tools.
