About the role

  • You will promote projects that improve planning effectiveness, inventory performance, service levels, and operational execution while creating scalable, sustainable processes across regions and departments.
  • You will provide strategic leadership for enterprise supply chain readiness by identifying risks related to demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and execution.
  • You will report to the Director Global Supply Planning - Standard Product and have a hybrid schedule working in Milwaukee, WI.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret supply chain performance metrics and develop relevant business recommendations.
  • Presenting recommendations, risks, and business insights to senior leadership and important partners.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end Plan | Source | Make | Deliver processes.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with ERP, APS, MRP, and supply chain planning systems, as well as advanced Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience.
  • The ability to travel 10% of the time.

  • Experience driving standard work, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement projects.
