About the role

  • The Retail Marketing Coordinator serves as the executional backbone of all retail-facing marketing efforts, ensuring seamless rollout of campaigns, promotions, and brand communications across all STIIIZY locations.
  • This role blends creative coordination with operational logistics-bridging corporate marketing strategy with store-level execution.
  • Working cross-functionally with procurement, operations, and creative teams, this person ensures brand consistency, timing accuracy, and campaign effectiveness across multiple channels and regions.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution & Management Lead the coordination of integrated marketing campaigns, from planning through post-campaign reporting.
  • Maintain a master calendar for promotions, launches, and campaigns across retail.
  • Manage flow of marketing updates to field teams and ensure clarity on campaign logistics.
  • Manage timelines for photoshoots, graphic design, and video production for in-store and digital use.
  • Partner with operations teams for in-store setup and support, aligning logistics with campaign timelines.
  • Manage marketing databases, asset archives, and reporting dashboards to track ongoing performance.
  • Performs work under direct supervision.
  • Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

  • Must be over 21 years of age.
  • must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Willingness and ability to undergo cross-training in various roles within the department as required.
  • Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool.
  • Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 50 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight at a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
  • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
