About the role
- This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, accurate, and effective preparation, dispensing, and management of medications while adhering to all applicable federal regulations, professional standards, and facility policies.
- Pharmacists may rotate between the Santa Fe Indian Health Center and the Santa Clara Health Center based on operational and patient care needs.
- Interpret and verify prescriptions for accuracy, completeness, and therapeutic appropriateness
Responsibilities
- Consult with prescribing providers to resolve discrepancies, recommend alternative therapies, and support optimal drug selection
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy (Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy)
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required background investigations and security clearances
Compensation
- $90k-$100k
