Overview Fountainhead Group is seeking a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to support and optimize our digital presence across websites, e-commerce platforms, social media, and online marketplaces.
This individual will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and E-Commerce teams to support product launches, improve online visibility, and drive customer engagement.
Maintain and optimize website, e-commerce, marketplace, and retailer product content.
Support new product launches by ensuring accurate product information, digital assets, and online merchandising across all channels.
Create and manage digital content, including product pages, graphics, promotional materials, videos, and social media content.
Coordinate content and engagement across social media platforms and support digital advertising campaigns.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and E-Commerce teams to support growth initiatives and customer engagement.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, content management, or digital merchandising.
Experience with CMS platforms, analytics tools, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing technologies.
