About the role
- This position is open to Oregon and SW Washington candidates only.
- As a member of the HIV/STI Program management team, this position bridges the gap between clinical practice and barriers to healthcare access to improve health outcomes along the HIV Care Continuum.

Responsibilities
- Review internal and external policies, practices, and procedures to support continuous quality improvement along the HIV Care Continuum.
- Provide capacity-building assistance to community partners around access and linkage to care along the HIV Care Continuum.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency required.
- Fluency in written and spoken English required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Outlook, complex schedules and meeting planning on multiple calendars
- Solid ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree and/or 3-5 years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Lived experience is highly valued and may be considered in lieu of formal educational requirements.

- A highly skilled facilitator with a demonstrated ability to speak to large crowds and diverse audiences in an interprofessional environment, you thrive when managing multiple initiatives and prioritizing competing training demands across the state.
- Your understanding of epidemiologic and survey data supports program efforts and allows you to measure program success.
- Your ability to think strategically and deliver technically allows you to combine an understanding of high level organizational and team goals with an impeccable attention to detail in your daily work.

- What You'll Bring:
- Knowledge/understanding of HIV/AIDS educational programs and priorities, including early intervention activities and disease investigation
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns both internally and with external community partners
- Superior ability to prioritize assignments, manage several concurrent projects effectively with frequent interruptions under deadlines
- Working skills to analyze information and synthesize large amounts of data with strong attention to detail
- Ability to travel to support training and capacity building assistance in alignment with program deliverables.
- Knowledge, skill and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a wide variety of personalities and organizations
