Project Managers are expected to, run a variety of projects (small to very large), with a range of budget ($50,000 to multi -million dollars) and team sizes, across different areas of the organization with ease.

The project manager organizes teams, develops plans, and facilitates project execution to achieve organizational goals.

Bachelor's Degree preferred Relevant professional certifications (PMP, SCRUM) preferred but not required.

Project management (waterfall and agile) process, industry-specific knowledge of insurance is a plus.
Proficiencies in MS Office applications, MS Project, Visio, Adobe.
Stays abreast of current project management, insurance industry trends, and technology through professional associations, trade journals, networking, and associated training and seminars.

Self-motivated, quick and assertive.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Extremely detailed oriented and organized.
Ability to multi-task, and work under pressure in an ambiguous environment.
Remain comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments.
Ability to prioritize tasks and shift readily between the "big picture" and small-but-critical details, knowing when to concentrate on each.
Experience working on cross-functional teams strongly desired.
Experience in progressive leadership roles in a corporate environment strongly preferred.
Experience leading significant initiatives requiring change management leadership desired.

Position Description Base pay is influenced by several factors including a candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, and anticipated contributions to meet the needs of the business, along with internal pay equity and external market-

5+ years industry experience (health insurance / project management); experience leading cross-functional teams required.
