About the role
- As a College Success Coach II, you'll play a pivotal role in helping students navigate their academic path and achieve their educational goals.
- Your work will directly contribute to breaking down barriers and creating pathways to higher education for students who need it most.
Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate workshops, events, and initiatives that build community, expand professional networks, and enhance participants' personal and career readiness
- Collaborate with campus partners, employers, and community organizations to create pathways for student success
- Deliver both in-person and virtual programming to meet students where they are
- Strong work ethic with ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high standards
- We provide continuous support from high school classrooms, through college into high-paying careers, and equip young professionals with the skills, confidence, and opportunities to unlock economic mobility and lasting career growth.

- Demonstrated track record of supporting student success, retention, and completion

- Experience working with first-generation college students
- Knowledge of workforce development and career readiness strategies
- Familiarity with college persistence frameworks and best practices
- Compensation Range: $60,000 - $65,000

Compensation
