- Role Overview As an interpreter supporting healthcare providers, emergency services, and public service organizations, you may be assigned calls involving sensitive, emotional, or potentially distressing subject matter, such as medical emergencies, violence, criminal matters, or other challenging situations.
- Due to the nature of this role, some calls may require extended engagement or occur during periods of high call volume.
