About the role
- The Systems Analyst will play a critical role in processing diverse data types, supporting advanced analytical workflows, and contributing to major technical initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Process 3-5 mobile devices weekly and create RSMF files for ingesting text messages into Relativity.
- Support the migration of 1 PD of data from Relativity Server to RelOne, a primary initiative in the first 6-8 months.
- Contribute to FRD's Analytics and AI Lab by developing solutions within both on‑premises and cloud environments.
- Collaborate with OIT to design, build, and deploy technical solutions supporting litigation and investigative teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of hands‑on experience working directly with the systems and tools described.
- Strong technical background with expertise in Oracle, SQL, Python scripting, and specialized data formats including mobile device, social media, forensic image, and audio/video data.
- Broad knowledge of government IT environments, including office automation networks and PC/server‑based applications.
- Must be able to obtain a DOJ MBI (U.S. citizenship required).

Nice to have
- Experience with automated litigation support systems is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, ideally in computer science, information management, or related disciplines.
Compensation
- There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.

- The proposed salary range for this position is:
- $86,600 - $181,800
