About the role
- As the Solution Delivery Lead, you will blend consultative client engagement with hands-on delivery leadership.
- You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their unique business challenges, translate those into AI-powered workflow and automation opportunities, and orchestrate solution delivery in partnership with AI Solution Engineers on the Contextual.io platform.
- Your mission: drive measurable, transformative, and ROI-positive outcomes for clients through personalized AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Client Discovery & Needs Analysis Lead workshops and interviews with client stakeholders to surface pain points, process gaps, and automation opportunities.
- Document business requirements, success metrics, and regulatory or compliance considerations.
- Develop solution blueprints, process maps, human-AI interface experience strategy or approach, and proof-of-concept outlines that align with the Contextual.io platform's capabilities.
- Coordinate with AI Solution Engineers, Contextual.io platform team, and implementation resources to build, test, and refine AI solutions.
- Quality Assurance & Optimization Establish testing protocols to validate AI outputs, workflow triggers, and end-to-end process flows.
- Drive iterative improvements based on initial results, user feedback, and performance analytics.
- Stakeholder Communication & Change Management Maintain transparent, regular communication with client sponsors and project teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consulting or client-facing roles delivering technology solutions, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML or intelligent automation.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end solution delivery (discovery through go-live) in a complex, enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts / patterns and hands-on exposure to AI platforms or frameworks.
- Familiarity with the Contextual.io platform-or comparable workflow automation environments-and strong grasp of integration patterns (APIs, webhooks, messaging).
- Excellent project management skills and ability to coordinate resources.
- ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Map user journeys and surface opportunities for automation and AI enhancement based on firsthand experience and operational insight.
