About the role

Responsibilities
- Maintain MBE tool, performing standard pm activities like but not limited to chamber bake, source refills, rebuild pumps, and disposal of hazardous wastes.
- Maintain PVD sputter tool, performing standard pm activities like but not limited to target and shield changes, pump rebuilds, and chamber cleans.
- Track and finger print machine parameters and develop long term maintenance plan
- Support WaferFab equipment, Metrology tools and site Facilities.
- Follow written procedures and generate new documents.
- Communicate and interact with external suppliers/vendors as well as collaborate with internal process engineers
- Since our founding in 2016, our singular focus has been to build and deploy million-qubit, fault-tolerant quantum systems.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands on experience in an semiconductor same environment.
- Ability to wear SCBA/APAR, work in a strenuous environment and lift medium loads 26-50lbs.
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Work in a systematic and organized way.
- Clear and efficient communication and documentation skills
- Certified or able to obtain Hazmat Technician certification
- Comfortable with computers, and use of Microsoft applications like word and excel.
- Design/CAD experience
Compensation
- $130,000 - $145,000 USD
- Bay Area Pay Range
- $150,000 - $165,000 USD
- The ranges below reflect the target ranges for a new hire base salary.
