About the role

The Brattle Group, a privately held, global economic consulting firm, is looking for a Senior Director of Information Technology to join our Boston, New York City, Washington, D.C. or Chicago office.
The anticipated base gross salary range for this position in New York City is $275,000 - $300,000 annually.
Actual salary will depend on a variety of factors, including experience and training.

Develop and lead the firm's global technology strategy, ensuring technology investments and capabilities support the firm's long-term business strategy and growth objectives.
Provide oversight of the design, delivery and continuous optimization of a secure, reliable, and scalable global IT infrastructure through senior IT leaders.
Develop and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy to safeguard the firm's data, systems, and client information in a rapidly evolving threat landscape.
Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks to align with business objectives and regulatory standards.
Lead regular risk assessments, including threat monitoring, incident response, and ongoing control enhancement processes.
Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are well designed, tested, and continuously improved.
Advance enterprise data, analytics, and reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and client needs, ensuring technology solutions align with broader organizational goals.
Minimum of 10 years in a leadership role with demonstrated ability to develop and retain people.
Prior success building and scaling IT functions.

Bachelor's degree required in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Master's degree or relevant Information Technology certifications are a strong plus.

The anticipated base gross salary range for this position in New York City is $275,000 - $300,000 annually.
