About the role
- The Brattle Group, a privately held, global economic consulting firm, is looking for a Senior Director of Information Technology to join our Boston, New York City, Washington, D.C. or Chicago office.
- The anticipated base gross salary range for this position in New York City is $275,000 - $300,000 annually.
- Actual salary will depend on a variety of factors, including experience and training.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the firm's global technology strategy, ensuring technology investments and capabilities support the firm's long-term business strategy and growth objectives.
- Provide oversight of the design, delivery and continuous optimization of a secure, reliable, and scalable global IT infrastructure through senior IT leaders.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy to safeguard the firm's data, systems, and client information in a rapidly evolving threat landscape.
- Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks to align with business objectives and regulatory standards.
- Lead regular risk assessments, including threat monitoring, incident response, and ongoing control enhancement processes.
- Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are well designed, tested, and continuously improved.
- Advance enterprise data, analytics, and reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and client needs, ensuring technology solutions align with broader organizational goals.
- Minimum of 10 years in a leadership role with demonstrated ability to develop and retain people.
- Prior success building and scaling IT functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Master's degree or relevant Information Technology certifications are a strong plus.
Compensation
- The anticipated base gross salary range for this position in New York City is $275,000 - $300,000 annually.
