- As a Lease Analyst within PNC's Realty Services organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.
Responsibilities
- Manages a portfolio of leased with responsibilities that include auditing rent charges, resolving rent-related discrepancies, and supporting the interpretation and administration of complex real estate contracts.
- Applies a working knowledge of lease structures and legal documents to abstract, analyze, and maintain accurate lease data.
- Supports risk management by ensuring key financial terms, critical dates, and contractual obligations are accurately captured and monitored.
- Prepares, reviews, and maintains lease abstracts; performs quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Maintains lease documentation and related workflows using multiple internal systems and reports.
- Serves as a primary point of contact for lease-related inquiries, providing accurate information and timely resolution to internal partners.
- Job Description Manages a large portfolio of with primary duties that include auditing, negotiating and resolving rent payment disputes, resolving property use and resolving eminent domain issues.
- With an understanding of real estate contracts, abstracts complicated legal documents.
- Manages workflow of legal documents and analyzes portfolio data to facilitate financial and policy decisions.
- Manages projects that include legal and transactional related workflows.
Requirements
- Real Estate, Negotiating, Real Estate Law & Policy Compliance Work Experience Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
Compensation
- $15k-$25k

- Reviews landlord reimbursement requests for taxes, insurance, and operating expenses; investigates variances and recommends appropriate resolutions consistent with lease terms and internal policies.
