About the role

  • This is a hybrid position, with an expectation to report to the Midtown Manhattan, NYC office 3 days/week (typically Tues/Wed/Thurs).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior reviewer and thought partner to other Instructional Designers and Trainers.
  • Manage the userbase, assignments, and security permissions.

Nice to have

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.

Skills

  • Exceptional presentation skills and interpersonal/communication skills (oral and written).

Compensation

  • The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $80,000 - $95,000, not including variable compensation.

  • 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design for a SaaS company, creating educational content to distill technical acumen to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in medical software training programs.
  • You have experience leading large scale corporate education projects from intake to completion.
  • You have experience with ensuring accessibility standards in videos and educational content.
  • Develop and implement assessments and evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning materials and identify areas for improvement.
  • You are proficient in applying adult learning theories and instructional design models to create tailored learning content for internal and external audiences.
