Responsibilities
- Develop thought leadership content addressing emerging risks such as digital assets, sanctions evasion, AI-driven financial crime, mule accounts, beneficial ownership transparency, and cross-border financial crime.
- Lead executive advisory sessions, customer roundtables, and strategic workshops.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support product innovation.
- Support strategic accounts and high-value customer engagements.
- Work with marketing on developing thought leadership content.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Law, Risk Management, Compliance, or related discipline.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in AML, FCC, KYC, sanctions compliance, fraud risk, regulatory compliance, or financial crime prevention.
- Strong understanding of global AML and FCC regulations across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
- Demonstrated experience influencing product strategy and roadmap development.
- Proven ability to engage senior executives, regulators, compliance leaders, and product teams.
- Experience leading webinars, industry presentations, and thought leadership initiatives.
