Responsibilities
- Design and development of the proposal/bid CPM Schedule
- Design and development of the project schedule.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a close attention to detail
- Self-starter; able to seek out resources and structure own workflow
- Comply, understand, and support corporate safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements
- 10+ years work experience in project level planning and scheduling
- Ability to work in high production environment and respond quickly and effectively under pressure and deadlines.
- Proven experience with cost and schedule databases to include P6
- What you'll need (minimum qualifications):
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 software.
- Scheduling heavy mechanical construction projects ranging from 10-200 million
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
- Time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
