WBGRE is undertaking a project to establish a Real Estate Program Review

Responsibilities

  • Under the guidance of the Real Estate Governance and Oversight Lead, the intern will: • Review existing governance documents, project records, operational practices, and management reports, and engage with WBGRE staff and other stakeholders to understand current practices, decision-making processes, and opportunities for improvement. • Benchmark program review and performance evaluation methodologies adopted by international organizations and the private sector, identifying practices for WBGRE. • Develop tools and guidance to support implementation, including review templates, evaluation matrices, and recommendations for consistent application across WBGRE. • Prepare guidance materials and recommendations supporting the consistent application of the framework across WBGRE. • Prepare presentations and an implementation roadmap supporting the institutional adoption and continuous evolution of the Real Estate Program Review Framework.
