- Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with health center staff and leadership, adapting to evolving center and patient needs.
- A Master's in Social Work (M.S.W.) from a CSWE-accredited program-or a related behavioral health field.
- At least 12 months of recent (within the last 2 years) experience providing evidence-based individual counseling in a mental health or healthcare setting.
- Previous experience providing integrated behavioral health services in a primary care setting within the last 3 years.
