About the role

We are looking for an energetic and forward-thinking individual that understands the K-12 industry in today's ever-changing landscape.
This is a part-time, contractor opportunity until June 4, 2027.

Grow and nurture relationships with administrators and teachers on the ground by providing quality support and resources Help expand our grassroots approach to high-impact tutoring and district-wide engagement Qualifications Must reside in Visalia, CA, United States.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities during live implementations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with district leaders, teachers, and students.
This role will support school districts in the region with occasional travel outside the region if necessary.
Approximately 70% of the role requires travel to district sites to support in-person program implementation.
Our Paper Customer Engagement Specialists are essential in promoting what is possible when students have access to academic support and high-impact tutoring.

Proven ability to facilitate engaging, effective training sessions for educators or adult learners.

These individuals must have their own transportation and a valid driver's license as this role requires considerable travel.
Travel territory will be dependent on business needs.
Travel includes transportation via car and/or flights.
Experience working in a K-12 school district

We offer a competitive salary, $35/hour for your prep and facilitation time.
While weekly hours may vary based on program needs, we guarantee a minimum of 80 hours per month.
During the school year and periods of active student programming, hours are expected to approach full-time levels.
Customer Engagement Specialists will have the ability to keep all travel points for hotels booked for work-related travel.
