About the role
- The Clinical Supervisor is primarily responsibility for oversight of mental health services and case management services to children and their families.
- Supervises Mental Health Specialists and Substance Use Counselors providing mental health services to clients referred to Community Services Programs.
- Community-based program, all services happen at a person's home or community.

Requirements
- Master's degree in social science field.
- At least four (4) years of experience in a behavioral health field.
- One (1) year in a leadership role
- BBS Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist
- Ability to provide Clinical Supervision per BBS regulations
Skills
- Services are provided to individuals and families throughout Santa Clara County.
- The intensity for services for each client is about 15 hours per month.
