About the role

  • Soapstone plays a critical role in the Data Center delivery workflow.
  • By maintaining accurate server rack position data in the digital data hall inventory system, Soapstone ensures on time rack ordering to fulfill Data Center capacity needs.

Responsibilities

  • AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure.
  • We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on.
  • You'll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of technical program management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a discipline that requires problem-solving, typically Engineering, Physics, Finance, Business or equivalent professional experience.
  • Knowledge of MS-Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds
