Responsibilities
- Lead daily measurement operations for oil, gas, and water measurement systems.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain:
- Perform meter proving and verification activities.
- Willing to drive throughout STX sites 1,2,3,4
- Support onboarding and technical training of new personnel.
- Serve as field lead during outages, startups, and major troubleshooting events.
- Maintain accurate calibration, maintenance, and inspection records.
- Technical Support & Optimization
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 5+ years of oil & gas measurement or instrumentation experience.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Ability to work after hours or on-call when needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Nice to have
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience with custody transfer measurement.
- Familiarity with PLCs, automation systems, and networking.
- Relevant industry certifications or training.
