Responsibilities
- Lead problem solving and root cause analysis and its documentation for both internal and external issues
- Lead preventative and corrective action development
- Support engineering efforts by participating in design development projects representing quality assurance
- Use advanced inspection methods to develop and conduct quality programs.
- Create, update and review quality system documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
- Successful candidates must be able to work in an industrial work environment by assisting in the manufacturing of thermal, refractory products.
- Candidates must have the desire and ability to work within a team environment, punctual, reliable, meet production goals and standards in a demanding and rewarding environment.
- Proficiency in software applications required in the performance of job duties (MS Word, MS Excel).
Nice to have
- Experience and exposure to ISO and/or IATF
- Secondary/vocational training relating to manufacturing/quality
- 3+ years in Quality related role in a Manufacturing Environment
