About the role
- Pitney Bowes is hiring an onsite direct hire full-time Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician, 3rd Shift in Levittown, Pennsylvania facility.
- Your 3rd Shift work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 10:45PM to 7:15AM EST.
- You are a performance-driven contributor who can effectively troubleshoot, repair, or diagnose complex mechanical or electrical issues on industrial equipment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the spare parts/supply inventory utilizing Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
Requirements
- Your background as a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician, you have:
- Familiarity with Windows PC environment as it pertains to the operation of automated equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot equipment problems, establish priorities, and work under deadline pressures.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodations.
- The ability to walk, stand, stoop, and bend 80% of the time with or without accommodations.
Nice to have
- Complete preventative maintenance according to industry quality standards
- Respond to equipment breakdown or emergency situations.
- Utilize inventory, pm schedule, and work order systems to effectively reduce downtime.
- Evaluate and assess equipment problems by troubleshooting and completing repairs in a timely manner.
- Utilize a tablet to track assigned work and machine downtime as well as inventory used in repair.
- Perform all additional duties as required.
- Minimum of 2 years' direct experience troubleshooting and repairing complex industrial mechanical equipment.
- Strong familiarity servicing conveyer machines, PLC systems, and other industrial types of electromechanical production equipment
