About the role
- This position is responsible for accurately masking machined metal components prior to powder coating using a variety of masking materials and techniques.
- The ideal candidate understands that masking directly impacts product quality and customer acceptance.
- This is a precision manufacturing position requiring patience, creativity, efficiency, and exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative masking techniques for complex geometries.
- Maintain masking inventory and recommend new masking products.
- Maintain clean work area using 6S principles.
Requirements
- 2+ years masking experience in:
- Ability to read blueprints
- Experience using:

- Excellent hand-eye coordination

- Stand throughout shift
- Excellent manual dexterity
- Color vision sufficient to distinguish masking requirements
