Responsibilities
- Cortica's NPs have the opportunity, if desired, to also provide nutrition evaluation and dietary support in concert with our speech and occupational therapy team.
- You are an excellent communicator, working well with an interdisciplinary team to identify complex patient and family needs to drive outcomes.
- You have a telemedicine skillset including ability to leverage multiple forms of technology simultaneously in efforts to document while connecting with patients. (EMR, virtual wait rooms).
