About the role

  • This role is responsible for structuring and planning project work, managing day-to-day execution, and ensuring alignment with organizational processes and standards.
  • The Project Manager will oversee scope, risks, budget, resources, and timelines while coordinating integration across IT initiatives.
  • Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates and manages vendor relationships (e.g., system integrators or consulting firms) effectively, integrates vendors into the project team, and holds vendors accountable to project commitments.
  • Builds strong relationships with the project business lead and key stakeholders, ensures alignment with customer expectations, and facilitates project decision making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of information systems (application and infrastructure) experience in IT project management
  • Experience using a formal Solution Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology
  • Experience using formal project management methods, techniques, and tools
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, Planner, and Azure DevOps

Nice to have

  • Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent)
  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience
  • Experience working in regulated/validated environments (GxP, FDA, SOX)
  • Experience with portfolio/project management tools such as Planview or Apptio

Compensation

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $92,500-$131,700.
  • The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity.
