About the role

This role is responsible for structuring and planning project work, managing day-to-day execution, and ensuring alignment with organizational processes and standards.
The Project Manager will oversee scope, risks, budget, resources, and timelines while coordinating integration across IT initiatives.
Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Facilitates and manages vendor relationships (e.g., system integrators or consulting firms) effectively, integrates vendors into the project team, and holds vendors accountable to project commitments.
Builds strong relationships with the project business lead and key stakeholders, ensures alignment with customer expectations, and facilitates project decision making.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of information systems (application and infrastructure) experience in IT project management
Experience using a formal Solution Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology
Experience using formal project management methods, techniques, and tools
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, Planner, and Azure DevOps

Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent)
Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience
Experience working in regulated/validated environments (GxP, FDA, SOX)
Experience with portfolio/project management tools such as Planview or Apptio

Preferred Qualifications:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $92,500-$131,700.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity.

This position is also eligible for a bonus.
