Responsibilities
- Provides technical support for updating and implementing Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) strategies.
- Site program owner for: Integrity Operating windows (IOWs) and Corrosion Control Documents (CCDs).
- Perform failure analyses as needed to support the refinery, and support incident investigations as they pertain to metallurgy and corrosion.
- Supports Unit Inspectors with non-routine repair decisions during both routine and turnaround periods.
- Provides stewardship and consulting support for use of online corrosion monitoring techniques.
- Initiate and/or support strategies that Improve reliability of fixed equipment that affects unit availability.
- PHA support; damage mechanisms as site SME
Requirements
- Must be proficient with Microsoft: Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with conducting risk assessments, performing failure analysis, and supporting inspection or corrosion engineering activities desired.
- Experience supporting the RBI process.
- GE Meridium (APM) V4 experience desired.

Compensation
- $122,900.00 - $212,000.00 Salary
