Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align insights with broader company initiatives and contribute to process improvements.
- Independently lead high-impact projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality of insights.
- Take ownership of initiatives that optimize workflows, enhance customer engagement, or expand the impact of insights on strategic decision-making.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including customer success, sales, marketing, and product, to align on objectives and deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong customer relationships.
