Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR leadership team, business leaders, and external resources to plan, develop, design, and execute HR projects and programs.
  • Create, track, and manage the project's timelines and deliverables.
  • Implement mechanisms for monitoring and reporting progress to management and project stakeholders.
  • Lead and schedule project meetings, document meeting minutes and critical decisions, and track action items. Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resources.
  • Assess, manage, resolve and escalate (if necessary) project risks and issues.
  • Investigate project opportunities and develop business cases to support management decisions on program strategy.
  • Drive innovation, best practices, and achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Develop and analyze metrics for project proposals or enhancements and solutions and define and track key performance indicators to measure the success and quality of HR services.
  • Support talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning efforts
  • Partner on employee engagement and retention initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent experience work experience.
  • 5 years previous work experience in the areas of Human Resource Management, Talent Acquisition, Human Resource Generalist, or similar roles in Human Resources.
  • Must have a sense of curiosity, urgency, and be results orientation with a high degree of flexibility, adaptability, and responsiveness;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with all levels of leadership within the organization in a timely and professional manner.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to prioritize projects.

Nice to have

  • HR Certification preferred.

Compensation

  • The salary range for this role is 85-95k
