About the role
- Reporting to the Director of Portfolio Management and Operations for Global Commercial and Medical IT, you will be a key player in driving the success and efficiency of our organizational projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead highly complex cross-functional projects and programs, including Patient Services initiatives, product launch programs and mergers & acquisitions.
- Support month-end and portfolio reporting, focusing on financials and performance metrics.
- Drive large programs to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, resources, and budgets.
- Proactively manage key stakeholders, ensuring accountability and timely completion of deliverables.
Requirements
- You are a strategic thinker who thrives in managing complex and cross-functional programs.
- You work well under pressure, maintaining focus and delivering results with minimal supervision.
- Required Skills:
Skills
- A Master's degree in Information Technology, an MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience as an IT professional managing projects, programs, and portfolios in the Pharma-Biotech industry.
- 5+ years of experience implementing complex, cross-functional projects within established software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience managing projects through waterfall, agile, or SAFe delivery methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Financial discipline and accountability for deliverables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and timelines effectively.
- Experience managing product launches and/or mergers & acquisitions.
- Process-oriented mindset with the ability to identify efficiencies.
