About the role

  • Reporting to the Director of Portfolio Management and Operations for Global Commercial and Medical IT, you will be a key player in driving the success and efficiency of our organizational projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead highly complex cross-functional projects and programs, including Patient Services initiatives, product launch programs and mergers & acquisitions.
  • Support month-end and portfolio reporting, focusing on financials and performance metrics.
  • Drive large programs to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, resources, and budgets.
  • Proactively manage key stakeholders, ensuring accountability and timely completion of deliverables.

Requirements

  • You are a strategic thinker who thrives in managing complex and cross-functional programs.
  • You work well under pressure, maintaining focus and delivering results with minimal supervision.
  • Required Skills:

Skills

  • A Master's degree in Information Technology, an MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience as an IT professional managing projects, programs, and portfolios in the Pharma-Biotech industry.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing complex, cross-functional projects within established software development life cycle methodologies.
  • Experience managing projects through waterfall, agile, or SAFe delivery methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Financial discipline and accountability for deliverables.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and timelines effectively.
  • Experience managing product launches and/or mergers & acquisitions.
  • Process-oriented mindset with the ability to identify efficiencies.

Compensation
