About the role
- Work closely and collaboratively with team members.
- Follow best practices for security, logging, metrics and test automation as they relate to new development.
- Serve as technical owner for cross-team projects and coordinate efforts through the development and release process.
Responsibilities
- Develop new features and components for voice network infrastructure.
- Design new software features through agile development practices including chartering, storymapping, and regular stand-up meetings.
- Implement new features and work with support services to correct any software defects found in the field and monitor platform components.
- AI at enterprise scale - Build, support and operate AI-powered technology used by more than 8,000 organizations worldwide.
Requirements
- Experience with scalability and availability in distributed systems.
- Experience with REST APIs.
- Experience with Linux operating environments.
- Experience with agile development practices, including chartering, storymapping, and stand-up meetings.
- Experience with IDE tools including Eclipse, Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, Oracle SQL Developer
- Experience with Java, J2EE, PL/SQL, XML, HTML, CSS, UML or JIRA.

- The position requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Statistical Modeling, or a related field of study plus one (1) year of experience in related occupation with software engineering experience.

Compensation
- $161,637 to $171,637 annually.
- This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below.
- $121,000.00 - $212,800.00
