About the role
- Welcome and connect with every customer.
- Respond to customer needs and say thank you to every customer.
- Ensure Smoothies, food and other beverages are prepared to Booster Juice standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team in delivering "Positively Outrageously Customer Service".
- Train, coach and support team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Present oneself professionally, lead by example and demonstrate clear communication skills.
- Drive store profitability.
- Manage inventory stocking and recording in accordance with guidelines.
- Lead the team in achieving store goals for increasing sales and improving profits.
Nice to have
- 8-hour shifts / 40 hours a week · Monday-Friday, Saturday, Sunday Availability needed · Must be legally eligible to work in Canada Seems like a good fit?
