Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate shipping records and product status within the MES system
- Investigate and document shipping damages, shortages, and delivery issues
- Manage inventory and procurement of packaging materials including dunnage, blocking, straps, and related shipping supplies
- Collaborate with production, project management, and site teams to support project delivery schedules
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to shipping, packaging, and logistics performance

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment

Nice to have
- Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience working with construction projects, modular construction, or oversized loads preferred
- Experience coordinating freight claims and damage resolution preferred
Skills
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, or manufacturing operations
- Strong understanding of shipping and transportation processes
- Experience coordinating trucking companies and freight carriers
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ERP systems, or similar software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of packaging, load securement, and freight handling practices
