Responsibilities

  • Keep the branch team informed of policy and procedure changes pertaining to teller operations; may require partnering with Branch Operations Support
  • Ensure team members comply with all bank and regulatory policies and procedures to maintain security and mitigate preventable losses

Requirements

  • Previous teller experience required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
  • The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills as well as the ability to indirectly motivate staff and effectively organize / delegate operational duties among staff members.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Travel between branches may be necessary

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred

Compensation

  • The estimated hourly rate for this role is $22.00 - $24.00, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
  • Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
