About the role

Responsibilities
- Analyze transactions, build financial models, assess downside scenarios, and design structures that enable execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for our client portfolio, developing durable, trust-based relationships.
- Develop innovative collateral structures and push the boundaries of what we can deliver across counterparties, constraints, and use cases.
- You build strong relationships, develop trust quickly, and can position differentiated financial solutions in competitive institutional markets.
- Own transaction execution end-to-end: Take opportunities from evaluation through structuring, negotiation, and close, with full ownership of deal outcomes.
- Lead underwriting and structuring: Analyze transactions, build financial models, assess downside scenarios, and design structures that enable execution.
- Build and manage relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for our client portfolio, developing durable, trust-based relationships.

- Collateral insight: You understand how credit support is structured (e.g., letters of credit, surety bonds) in renewable energy transactions.
Requirements
- You have 6+ years of experience in renewable energy project finance, analyzing, structuring, and executing complex transactions in the US.
