About the role
- Application deadline: Jul 26, 2026 The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking an experienced Delivery Practice Manager (DPM) to join our ProServe North America Delivery team at Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- You'll routinely engage with Director, C-level executives, and governing boards, whilst being responsible for opportunity capture and driving engagement delivery.
- They will hold the Practice total utilization goal and be responsible for optimizing team performance.

Requirements
- 8+ years of IT and/or Management Consulting, or 3+ years of people leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
- Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks.
- Experience managing P&L.
