About the role

- In this role, you'll act as a right-hand to the CFO and will directly report to him.
Responsibilities
- The finance team is a cross-functional team that partners with senior leaders across the company, focusing on high-impact strategic projects and analysis.
- You'll lead projects, work hand-in-hand with leadership and act on the most challenging strategic and operational questions impacting our business.
- Analyze product usage and customer feedback to identify and implement opportunities to drive user behavior changes such as reducing overcommunication and increasing app adoption
- Own high-impact go-to-market initiatives that boost our growth and retention for each product
- Identify, prioritize and implement high-impact cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency and scalability across the organization

Compensation
- The salary range for this role will be $150,000-$185,000 DOE.
