About the role
- The Provider is responsible for the diagnostic evaluation, management, and therapeutic health care of primary care patients of PPH in our Reno Clinic location as well as patients residing in assisted living communities, and residential care homes.
- Obtain history and physical on new patients
- Diagnose and treat chronic conditions and episodic illness

Requirements

- You must have the ability to drive between partner facilities regularly.
Nice to have
- Minimum two years experience in specialty care area (Geriatrics) in private physician office, clinic setting or community-based program preferred.
Compensation
- In addition to the above, the Provider is responsible for the annual comprehensive health assessments in accordance with health plan partners and Medicare guidelines.
