Responsibilities
- Effectively supervise Sales Associates during the shift, dealing with potential issues appropriately and in line with LEGO policies and procedures, with the ASM and SM's support

- Evaluate and communicate on competitor visual merchandising techniques, identifying opportunities to develop our business further
Requirements
- Candidates offered positions with high engagement with children are required to take part in Child Safeguarding Background Screening, as a condition of the offer.
- This part-time Team Leader will provide training to enhance the team's ability to exceed our high standards of customer service, product knowledge and sales.
- Must provide availability to work up to 30 hours per week (does not mean you'll be scheduled for 30 hours, but 30 hours of availability must be given)
