Requirements

  • Beyond technical expertise, you bring strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • Ensure data integrity, performance, and reliability across application data layers by designing effective schemas, queries, and data access patterns using relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Architect and integrate front‑end solutions with backend and platform services, ensuring secure, efficient API consumption and seamless user interactions.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong focus on designing and delivering enterprise‑scale web applications, including recent hands‑on leadership in React‑based front‑end development.
  • Familiarity with React.js, including server-side rendering (SSR) concepts (e.g., Next.js, nodejs).
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices, including automated builds, testing, and deployments using tools such as GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience delivering multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment, balancing hands‑on development with leadership responsibilities while meeting timelines and quality expectations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts and trade‑offs to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Compensation

  • Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations.
  • The annual base salary range for this role is from $145,000 to $200,000.
