About the role
- This position plays a key role in operated activities, including well proposals, project costs, joint interest billing (JIB), and revenue decks.
- This individual will work closely with Chord's Landmen, Division Order Analysts, Engineers, and Accountants to ensure accurate elections, data entry, and reporting.
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-focused, and proactive, with a solid understanding of oil and gas land practices.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in a related discipline
- 2 years of experience in land administration, contract support, or lease data management
- Familiarity with land systems, ownership documentation, and lease/contract setup workflows
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and fluid environment
- Ability to meet deadlines

Compensation
- Level and salary commensurate with experience.
