Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
  • Conduct research on hardware and software products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts.
  • Create business system design proposals.
  • Create system models, specifications, diagrams and charts to provide direction to system configuration.
  • Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.
  • Assist in building Run Books for hardware and software deployments.
  • Participate in the development and management of project plans related to application development initiatives, from project planning and design through testing, implementation and maintenance.
  • Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
  • Develop use cases, test plans and perform testing and quality analysis in project execution.
  • Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new business systems and enhancements to existing systems.

  • College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, computer science, finance, or information systems.
  • Proven experience with technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development.
  • Exceptional analytical and statistical skills with the ability to apply them to systems issues and products as required.
