Responsibilities

  • Perform interior and exterior maintenance, including painting, drywall repair, and texture work
  • Perform daily property walks to identify maintenance needs
  • Manage and complete work orders, including follow-ups to ensure timely resolution
  • Support preventive maintenance efforts throughout the property
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all common areas and exterior spaces
  • Building Inspections:
  • Inspect building systems, equipment, and facilities to identify issues
  • Proven experience leading and developing maintenance personnel.
  • Extensive knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, irrigation, pool operations, and general building maintenance.

Requirements

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of property maintenance experience within condominium, HOA, multifamily, apartment, or commercial.
  • Strong preventative maintenance mindset with the ability to prioritize safety and asset preservation.
  • Experience with vendor management and project coordination.
  • Ability to balance administrative responsibilities with daily hands-on maintenance operations.

Skills

  • Strong general maintenance knowledge, including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing
  • Familiarity with building systems and safety procedures
  • Strong internal and external customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish (Bi-lingual speaking required)
  • Other Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
  • Ability to lift/move objects up to 50 lbs and work outdoors as needed

  • Schedule:
  • Monday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Compensation

  • Pay Range: $18.00/hour
