Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior maintenance, including painting, drywall repair, and texture work
- Perform daily property walks to identify maintenance needs
- Manage and complete work orders, including follow-ups to ensure timely resolution
- Support preventive maintenance efforts throughout the property
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all common areas and exterior spaces
- Building Inspections:
- Inspect building systems, equipment, and facilities to identify issues
- Proven experience leading and developing maintenance personnel.
- Extensive knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, irrigation, pool operations, and general building maintenance.

Requirements
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of property maintenance experience within condominium, HOA, multifamily, apartment, or commercial.
- Strong preventative maintenance mindset with the ability to prioritize safety and asset preservation.
- Experience with vendor management and project coordination.
- Ability to balance administrative responsibilities with daily hands-on maintenance operations.
Skills
- Strong general maintenance knowledge, including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing
- Familiarity with building systems and safety procedures
- Strong internal and external customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish (Bi-lingual speaking required)
- Other Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to lift/move objects up to 50 lbs and work outdoors as needed

- Schedule:
- Monday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Compensation
- Pay Range: $18.00/hour
