Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and other excellent time management skills
Ability to effectively synthesize research into PowerPoint presentations with content accuracy, thoughtful design, and efficient use of PPT tools to create clean, compelling slides
Proven ability to initiate and drive projects to completion
Ability to build trust and cultivate relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders

A combination of bachelor's degree and in-depth relevant work experience is also acceptable.
Experience analyzing policy proposals, legislation, and/or regulation and translating findings to varying audiences appropriately
Proficiency in Excel, including implementing functions, pivot tables, and visualizations, with preference for advanced Excel-based modeling experience
High degree of work ethic and willingness to learn new skills and content

A graduate degree in public policy, health sciences, health policy, epidemiology/biostatistics or public health more broadly.
